Abstract: Household consumption needs are the principal element in determining human activities and their evolution has been closely related to the level and structure of production of goods and services. In periods of radical changes, as those that our country is currently experiencing, unfulfilled consumer needs, alongside other phenomena affecting mood in a negative way, cause contradictory relations and social unrest.
