Abstract: Among the factors that increase the degree of difficulty, there can be mentioned the technological, cultural and operational differences between organizations. In addition, the complexity increases for organizations operating in an international, regional or global market. The successful implementation of a supply - sales chain depends on the manner and degree to which logistical capacity, cost per customer, organizational structure, service delivery, cooperation between suppliers and international cooperation within each organization are taken into account.
