Abstract: The current worldwide and macroeconomic context characterized by numerous tensions, both economic and political and social, brought about by the economic crisis involves a greater attention paid to the phenomena that take place on the labor market and concentrates efforts on identifying those active employment measures that minimize the complications of such a special market. This is obvious, especially since the impact of the crisis has highlighted the fact that economic realities are evolving faster than public policies, and in recent years, at European level, millions of people have lost their jobs and have been affected of poverty and social exclusion to a greater extent.
