Abstract: Planning careers, in any organization, but especially in the public ones, is a process of great importance. Today, in modern society, there is virtually no person who does not need a public service provided by trained staff, helpful, kind and involved. By judiciously prepared career plans, public organizations develop their employees. As a result, the administrative career planning is currently one issue that do not admit any delay.
