Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the most important aspects of employee performance appraisal role in a hotel. The research is based on highlighting the major aspects of employee performance appraisal at Casa de la Rosa Hotel and aims the aspects related to the hotel performance. The aim of this evaluation is to observe and to analyze the employee time evolution and the way they complete their tasks and their job requirements.
