Abstract:
Theory and practice blend together to form a product which seems to be the next step in information technology, meaning the quantum computer, first considered a paradox, but later, through using the properties of the quantum world, managed to improve the first transmission systems of simple information units. In this context, the dialogue between universities and the society is a problem that relates to the managerial vision and strategy and which must be taken into consideration by the organizational management. The learning and teaching process is not just a simple theoretical experience, an exercise in abstract knowledge, but also an important step in education, which leads to developing work related abilities for students fresh out of university. The relationship between university and society is a complex and subtle exchange of feedback. The development of the relationship between the higher education and the economic environment, the integration of the students on the labour market is a European priority.
