Abstract: Current conditions require the improvement of the judicial organizations’ activity, and also major changes relating to information technology, according to the new type of society foreshadowed to be developed, the informational society. In this general context, the public organizations triggered a broad reform of the organizational variables taking into account the influences that information technology has over the management and implementation processes developed within the organization. Implementation of information technology in public sector organizations must be treated with the due importance and considered as an opportunity for the judicial services which may become more effective and efficient, more transparent and accessible to the citizens.
