Abstract: The educational system operates in an increasingly globalized environment, constantly changing and characterized by increasing competition to attract talent, as well as by the emergence of new applications. The appreciation of knowledge in the world is seen as an opportunity, but also a major challenge, especially for Romanian educational system which has seen many changes in the last years and its inability to attract talented people to work in the educational system.
