Abstract: The paper highlights the possibility of analysing the economic growth to a microeconomic level by personalizing it through an empirical study on the Romanian clothing industry. The integrated approach to performance in this study starts from the condition that it can be supported by the company's profit. The model proposed for the analysis also allows the analysis of the factors that influence the economic growth. The results of the empirical study show that the analysed company does not register sustainable economic growth due to the economic growth rate, which, during some periods, presents negative values.
