Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to present a literature review on labor market insertion of higher educated individuals. A series of published studies emphasize the negative economic, social and individual outcomes that under-employment and unemployment generate in both developing and developed countries. Future studies about factors influencing employment probability of higher-educated people will follow.
