Abstract: In a changing world, with multiple and far-reaching challenges, in which changes become permanent movements, anticipation must be in a continuous alert, subject to in-depth and continuous research. An enterprise anticipates, if it generates and develops a prospective vision and truly forward-looking behavior among its staff. An anticipatory system is necessarily and complex. Anticipation is part of a logic of economic utility. The anticipative management influences and puts its mark on the market generation and predictive development of the enterprise. Also, the article presents innovation as support for the anticipative enterprise.
