Abstract:
Using the concepts of profitability and efficiency, we have tried to provide an overview of educational outcomes with the efforts, capital and assets used as well as management solutions to ensure the best rate of integration of education resources and capital into education products with a high market and social value and resilience over time so that education organizations generate extra value in society. These results of research have been grouped under the concept of strategic product planning and management. Overall, this research seeks to understand the versatility of the term strategic management in education and the fact that there are a number of directions for applying strategic management to delivering outcomes in education. The main outcomes of research on the management of education organizations are based on previous studies that looked at how to integrate managerial decisions into organizations. Through this strategic approach, education organizations define their field of activity in a strategic way, creating their identity and a distinct mission or the rationale of being expressed by identifying the needs they are addressing, the people who manifest these needs, and the distinct offer as support to meet identified needs. The strategic approach should, in general, group management decisions about the organization's layout, its dimensions, and its forms of development.
