Abstract: The companies in Romania, in all areas of activity, had a series of changes, after 1990. Information technologies have made their appearance in our country, their impact being major. Economic activity as well as production, sales and distribution, are just some of the most important activities that have made their place in the big companies. ERP systems have entered the life of companies inevitably, their role being to structure all existing activity, as well as to model the existing economic processes. The adaptation of the working methods, in accordance with what the computer systems offer, was one of the biggest challenges of those who have adapted, implemented and modeled such computer products. A number of companies, from Romania, have been acquired, over time, by large companies in this world. And in this case, the author would like to offer an insight, from the end users, on their perception of how ERP systems have been useful, will help them and will offer solutions to the problems they face. In large companies, after the adoption of SAP as a computer system, there was a very difficult period for the end users, the latter, facing a new challenge. The fact that he could no longer do anything, that the rights were taken away and that, for each user, he was offered rights for only a few transactions, according to the process in which he is a party. The author wants this specialized work to go through all the stages through which the end users have gone, from the analysis of the implementation of an ERP system, to the phase of effective use of what this system offers. We will analyze the perception of end users, how they have adapted to changes, if they have been able to cope, if they have helped with implementation, if they have felt comfortable when using such a system.
