Abstract:
In the universities of Romania there is a need for interdisciplinary activities of research - development - innovation - implementation, included withininternship programs folded on the requirements of the current economy, in all fields of studies. These should aim at designing, designing and developing new technologies and products based on the latest discoveries in science and technology, artificial intelligence techniques, including machine learning, cognitive robotics, data science, emerging disciplines with pronounced practical character, instrumental - applicative, etc. The practical approaches offered by the students interested in the skills and competences they want at the end of the faculty require a new approach to the practice programs, laying the foundations for the creation of partnerships between universities and the private environment. It is a need that is felt acutely in the Romanian university education, affected in the last years by an obvious regression from year to year, due largely to the devaluation of the diplomas obtained after completing a university study program and the lack of jobs for the competences that they acquired them.
