Abstract: In the current national and global context, the activity of organizations is exposedto a series of risks generated by the market mechanisms and theclimate change that have a significant impact on agricultural productivity. Thus, special attention is required to identify and control the potential risks, identify the causes and reduce the risk through specific measures. The objective of this article is to highlight the ways of risk analysis and its implications on agriculture. This article develops a theoretical framework on climate risk as well as economic and financial risk, an extensive case study, for a period of four consecutive years, regarding the calculation and analysis ofthe economic and financial indicators of risk in agriculture. The research highlights the importance of risk diagnosis in agriculture through both methods: economic method and financial method to which are added the climatic features that significantly influence the level and dynamics of the risk.
