Abstract: This study aims to analyze the employability of graduates of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports, University of Craiova, from 2015 to 2019. The research involved the analysis of questionnaires completed by students one year after graduation and includes relevant information about the desire to further studies, the job currently occupied and the field of activity, the impact of the instructive-educational process and its relevance on employability and satisfaction with the chosen career. Some of the directions of action were outlined to improve the identified weaknesses regarding the increase of the attractiveness towards the chosen field of study,as well as the maximization of the chances of finding a job following the academic course and personal and external needs of the labor market.
