Abstract: In the present paper the authors aimed to verify the stability of the manufacturing process of a promotional product, and in a future paper they will continue the study of the potential of the process, followed by its capability. The analysis is carried out using the WinQSB program, Quality Control Chart module, which provides 21 chart types for variable data and 15 chart types for attribute data.
