Abstract: This paper explores the confluence of digital transformation, sustainability and disability inclusion, highlighting the synergistic potential of these areas. Digital transformation, when done with accessibility and inclusion in mind, can enhance sustainability efforts and create a fairer society. By examining the intersection of these three areas, we shed light on how organizations and society as a whole can harness the power of technology to promote sustainability and inclusion.
