Abstract:
In recent years, the development of technology and the process of accelerated digitalization have radically transformed the way in which society interacts, communicates and manages information, this led to the change of the socio-economic environment in a dynamic environment. In order to achieve greater performance and efficiency in this ever-evolving era of digitalization, the optimization of internal processes is becoming increasingly important. The combination of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologies is an innovative way to achieve the strategic objectives of an organization by automating repetitive tasks, optimization of workflows and reduction of manual intervention. This article aims to analyze the impact resulting from the combination of these technologies within the modern organization, with a special emphasis on presenting the benefits brought.
