Abstract:
Sports management and sports marketing represent two essential pillars for the sustainable development of sports organizations, especially local ones that often face limited financial resources and reduced visibility. This article analyzes management and marketing strategies applicable to ACS Dream Team Gorj, a local sports club undergoing an organizational consolidation process. The study is built on a modern theoretical framework, integrating sports management models, principles of external and internal marketing, as well as directions for digital development. The paper proposes concrete strategies regarding human resources, brand positioning, digitalization, sponsor attraction, community engagement, and performance evaluation.
