Abstract: Effective communication is a core component of human resource management (HRM), directly influencing employee performance, organizational commitment, and overall effectiveness. In contemporary organizations, marked by rapid technological advancement, workforce diversity, and remote work arrangements, communication challenges have become increasingly complex. This paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the main methods for improving communication in human resource management, combining theoretical perspectives with an applied organizational case analysis. Using a qualitative, literature-based methodology complemented by a practical model proposal, the study highlights the strategic role of managerial communication competencies, digital tools, feedback mechanisms, and organizational culture in enhancing internal communication. The findings underline that systematic investment in communication development significantly contributes to sustainable organizational performance.
