Abstract: This paper analyzes the strategic role of digitalization investments in facilitating public-private collaboration, taking as a starting point the transformations generated by new technologies on governance, economic processes, and institutional relations. Through a comprehensive analysis of the specialized literature, case studies and conceptual models, the article highlights how digitalization improves transparency, administrative efficiency, systems interoperability, and innovation in public-private partnerships. The results show that investments in digital infrastructure, interoperability and skills are essential for the development of sustainable and high-performance cooperation.
