Abstract:
The article examines on the basis of the legal framework’ analysis issues related to the definition of «innovation development territory» and legislative environment of their establishment and functioning. Lack of consistency and comprehension of government policy in relation to the innovation-active areas development is an obstacle to solving the problem of acceleration of high-tech industries growth.
