Abstract:
In the new political conditions of the Soviet regime in the regions of Central Asia the appearance of a new body that met the requirements of the existing system was necessary. This body became the Asian Bureau. It was the party organization that was responsible for everything in the region of the event and lasted from 1922 to 1934. There were a lot of key issues under the jurisdiction of the Asian Bureau. Who formulated them and how they were resolved, is covered in detail in this article.
