Abstract: The authors formulate the basic principles of training industry documents, as well as the requirements to basic structural elements of the sectoral strategies. Present suggestions on a uniform system of requirements to the strategies of economy branches and social sphere will help to coordinate the actions of industries and sectors of the economy, to find the most effective and comprehensive ways of solving problems, providing development of the country and national security.
