Abstract:
The author analyzes the genesis, structure and characteristics of nationalism, which was originally split into two streams - ethnic nationalism and civic nationalism, an ideology of separation and union ideology. According to the author, along with the stimulation of separating ethnic nationalism in Russia, intensive campaign to stimulate sharing of ethnic nationalism to discredit and suppress civil nationalism is held.
