Abstract: The article analyzes the formation of socioeconomic knowledge over the past 20 years, there is a tendency in the development of socio-economic sciences and humanities, the necessity to intensify efforts in the study of socio-economic problems , proposed the concept of the triune knowledge lays the foundation for the formation of public policy in higher education and prioritization of development of Russian universities at different territorial levels.
