Abstract:
Article formulates approach to determining system effectiveness and efficiency of budget spending at the municipal level in terms of achieving significant milestones of the state. Article is based on this analysis of the necessity of controlling the level of differentiation of performance indicators of municipal expenditures. The technique of smoothing obtained disparities in performance costs based on the coefficients of system efficiency.
