Abstract:
The examination of the reasons behind the mid-1980s US withdrawl from UNESCO are the subject of this document. Citing an anti-US, third world centric bias, problems with enforcement and participation, the authors outline the findings of the 1986 IGCC Conference on the UNESCO crisis.
