The Future of Transit: Market-oriented Services Will Include Small Vehicles

Abstract: Transit operators across the nation are looking for ways to improve the quality of service they offer and increase customer satisfaction. One way they are doing this is to match services to markets. For many services, smaller vehicles are worth a try.
