Abstract:
Preserving the goods achieved in a Knowledge Economy may create difficult problems to the Companies, especially when there is a concern for the sustainable profit. The Companys' "architecture" may represent the answer. The organizational culture and mainly an option for the investments in intangible goods may offer a solution in order to promote a quick and flexible adjustment of the companies.
