Abstract: The approach of the procedures of measuring the competitive advantages both at industrial sector level, and at company level is justified due to the fact that some tools and forms of expressing competitiveness are valid for the two levels. Industry (as industrial sector) in defined as total number of producers of identical and replaceable goods services; what is true for a company is also true for an industry.
