Abstract:
For the contemporary world, the economic relationship between the Russian Federation and the EU countries are more and more anchored in the reality of globalization. In this context, the authors take into consideration a diversification of the cooperation relationship between the Russian Federation and a country from EU, in this case Romania, by creating a joint-venture company, which shall provide a maritime transport between Black Sea and Don, reestablishing thus the maritime line between Europe and Asia, Danube, Black Sea, Don, Volga, and the Caspian Sea. The proposal is to develop two goods exchanges at Constanta and Rostov on Don which shall amplify the commercial changes between Romania and the Russian Federation.
