Abstract: The cooperative societies, today, mainly the agricultural ones, take on a great deal of qualities which are not typical of themselves, and they are labelled in the market as ineffective, so they are discredited as companies. In this paper, we are concerned with the study of mutualities, particulary those retaled to the members’ exclusiveness to their cooperative. At the same time, in this article it is defended that the member’s loyalty can be used as an indicator about the efficiency of the enterprise in the cooperative societies. Finally, we verify the previous idea using an empyrical study.
