Abstract:
Within the framework of the economic crisis at the end of the 20th century in Argentina, we find the "recuperated company" phenomenon, whereby the workers themselves, facing unemployment, decide to take the company in their own hands and manage production. Our research paper deals with the issues arising with this phenomenon, describing the struggle to win the company back as well as the changes that took place in the organisation of the work processes.
