Abstract: Similarly to a previous study, but with a data set more representative of the workers that have gained from the work sharing program, the purpose of this paper is to analyse whether the government subsidy that has been paid to workers of a large Canadian firm in the context of a work sharing program has been a profitable operation for the government . We find that under favourable circumstances it could be financially viable for the provincial government and that under most cases of figure it is profitable for the federal government. De façon analogue à la première étude intitulée Subvention gouvernementale et partage du travail : Une anlayse économique - II, cette étude se propose d'analyser les bienfaits de la participation financière du gouvernement à un programme de partage du travail au sein d'une grande entreprise canadienne. ¸ l'aide d'un échantillon plus représentatif des individus susceptibles d'avoir bénéficié du programme du partage du travail, la présente étude répète ainsi sensiblemment l'exercice fait précédemment. Nos résultats suggèrent que selon les hypothèses les plus optimistes, la subvention versée par le gouvernement provincial s'avère rentable. Toutefois, la subvention versée par le gouvernement fédéral s'avère rentable selon la majorité des cas de figure.
