Abstract: Transport is not only the link between economic branches and the movement of trade in goods between the different States of the world, but also an important factor in the GDP and population. Thus, without a system organized at the global level can achieve international economic exchanges and may not be integrated in all areas of the world circuit and geographical regions of the world and cannot take advantage of globalization
