Abstract: The paper enumeratesthe factors that determinethe production potentialof the company, points out the referencesto theopinionsofeconomicexpertsin terms of productive investment. The criteria are"inferred" and economically interpreted. Decision making isbased oninitial information,ona number ofcriteriathat must beledby the manager ofthe company.Productive potential ofthe enterprise can bedeterminedonlyconditionally.Business potentialdepends ona number ofexogenous and endogenousfactors includingprofessionalqualitiesof the entrepreneur. In this context,the potential success ofthe companyis determined by theentrepreneur, which is the "motoric" force of the enterprise and needs to possesscertain professional, psychological and analytical qualities.
