Abstract: Knowledge seems to be the only power that ensures social progress, economic and democratic that is not eroded over time. Orientation to capture and assimilation of knowledge is the most organizations confirmation of functional maturity consistent with the essence of the traim. Knowledge information has become an important economic factor and began to be subject to management processes. Knowledge is usually defined as the power to understand and capture the essence of the material, use of certitudes and information obtained in the form of experience or education. The knowledge society represents a new economy where innovation process (the ability to absorb and convert new knowledge to create new products and services) becomes decisive.
