Abstract:
The paper describes the key elements to consider, in order to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) in Management. The SLR methodology was created in Medicine, but it has been used in other areas such as Engineering and Social Sciences. However the methodology should be adjusted in order to reach a Management related target, as there could be different goals for the review in different areas of knowledge. The paper explains briefly the antecedents and methodology stages to conduct the SLR in Management and it provides a guide for this area. It emphasizes the analysis and the interpretation of information is not part of this paper.
