Abstract:
In the management of organizational knowledge, a key component is the design and implementation of training programs that are tailored to the individual and collective learning of the labor force, at the same time they take into account the particular condition of human beings each of its members. One of the mechanisms or strategies of these management brings to the learning the action of creating group or team of people who also acts as a network and is called community of practice, which ensures the interaction, exchange and cooperation between its members. For this reason, it is necessary to identify in addition to its role and functions, the process that allows you to parse and understand it as efficient and effective strategy to achieve changes in the management of people, which in turn is projected in the organizational outcomes.
