Abstract:
The knowledge production process is complex and it is surrounded by deep uncertainty, so the public and private investment in research and development contracts require of specifications according to the nature of the expected results. It is therefore necessary, in the first place, be clear about the characteristics of the processes of science and technology research and the innovation output. This is what is proposed in this writing.
