Abstract: El presente artículo tiene como objetivo exponer el comportamiento de los mercados latinoamericanos, los cuales, como economías emergentes, deben darle prioridad al concepto de buen gobierno corporativo para propender por el crecimiento de sus empresas y evitar las crisis societarias. Se explicarán las actuaciones acertadas al interior de las sociedades, para conseguir una satisfactoria incidencia en el mercado.******This article, pretend to expose the behavior of the Latin American markets, which, as emerging economies, must give priority to the concept of good corporate governance to allow the growth of their companies, and avoid the corporate crisis. This paper also explain the right proceedings at the interior of societies, to achieve a satisfactory effect on the market.
