Abstract: El presente artículo procura llevar a cabo una aproximación preliminar al vínculo existente entre las ciencias jurídicas y las ciencias económicas. Partiendo de la compilación normativa, explora la incidencia que tiene el comportamiento del mercado y sus agentes en la producción de normas, y a su vez, cómo la regulación desde el ámbito del derecho establece límites a la actuación de los agentes económicos.******This article, tries to provide an approximation to the existent tie between law, and the economic sciences. From the basis of a normative compilation, it explores the incidence that has the behavior of the market and it´s agents, in the production of norms, and at the same time, how the law field, establishes limits to the actions of the economic agents.
