Afectaciones de la migración venezolana para Colombia

Abstract: Este artículo trata sobre la migración venezolana y su afectación criminal en Colombia por la incorporación de ciudadanos de este país en Grupos Armados Organizados al margen de la ley (GAO) y el crecimiento estratégico que tienen dichos grupos con respecto a temas de seguridad y el aumento de su accionar delictivo, esto con la ayuda del aumento de su capital, a través de las fuentes de financiamiento que estos utilizan. Se relacionan entonces conceptos y variables, tales como narcotráfico, tráfico de personas, y corrupción. La principal conclusión es que existe una relación entre la relevancia de las actividades de lavado de activos con la supervivencia, perpetuación y crecimiento de estos grupos por medio de capacidad adquisitiva. Para la investigación se usó como técnica la recolección de datos, mediante la revisión de fuentes secundarias y verificación de información en Internet. This article deals with the Venezuelan migration and its criminal involvement in Colombia by the incorporation of citizens of this country in Organized Armed Groups outside the law (GAO) and the strategic growth that these groups have with respect to security issues and the increase of their criminal actions, this with the help of the increase of their capital, through the sources of financing they use. Then, concepts and variables are related, such as drug trafficking, trafficking in persons, and corruption. The main conclusion is that there is a relationship between the relevance of money laundering activities with the survival, perpetuation and growth of these groups through purchasing power. For the investigation, data collection technique was used by reviewing secondary sources and checking information on the Internet.
