Greek legislation on rural co-operatives: A concise presentation

Abstract: The legislative regime on Greek rural co-operatives has repeatedly changed during the last decades. Most importantly, the legislature’s role and intervention has been increased. In this paper, we offer a brief presentation of the current co-operative legislation commented, where necessary, on several provisions that do not go along with co-operative principles.
