Discrimination and discourse: An expert interviewing approach

Abstract:
The present study holds the discourse of eight scientists that are fighting against tolerance discrimination, of the discrimination and mobbing inside the Romanian society. Using as research method the half structured interview for generating the necessary knowledge we got a series of discursive and narrative reconstructions about the daily discrimination acts at the work place as well as representations of the interviewed experts concerning the institutional regulated structure.
