Abstract: The paper presents the important role of problem solutions, which are in retail connected to customer and environment protection and social development. The solution of these problems offers Code of Conduct with the declaration of proactive approach to the solution of the ethical problems. Some retail chains follow the interest in society in the strategy of Corporate Social Responsibility. These strategies are an important part of formation of the corporate identity in retail.
