Abstract: A theoretical generalization of a new modern enterprise management activity type formation– management of intellectual potential. The author's definition is given the term "hidden potential of innovations". Recommendations for the enterprise intellectual potential management system improvement are formulated, based on hidden potential of innovations search and evaluation methodology to attract and use the resources aimed at innovations introduction. An algorithm for search and implementing hidden innovations has been worked out
