Key success factors as a systemic condition for enterprise competitiveness

Abstract:
The article defines the preconditions for the establishment of systematic thinking about the importance of rational choice and the accumulation by enterprises of key success factors in the context of meeting the challenges of ensuring competitiveness. The scientific statements about the essence and conceptual importance of the key factors of success in the enterprise competitiveness management system are characterized. A list of key success factors in terms of levels of enterprises competitiveness is presented. The enterprises strategic guidelines are summarized in the policy of acquiring and implementing key success factors
